Promotion in Kimberley

Hi

There was a promotion of Flexi Club that took place in Kimberley. I was invited for this promotion and I took part. The representatives wanted me to be a member but I could afford it by then and I din't want to take it. The rep decieved me by saying I can just apply to be a member and it wont be activated immediately. If I fill in the form then they can defer membeship and activate it when I want. I Started recieving letters from Flexi Club that I am a member and I am liable for fees and I am gong to be listed on ITC. We agreed with the consultant that I am not filling in all my info so that they can call me for that info. Nobody called me and now when I call them they are saying I have signed. The consultant wrote some of info that I did not provide and it is not in my contract.

I did not give my banking details, the field for amount to be paid, where was the contract signed, etc. the consultant did this for me and submitted it. I called client account and care they dont listen to me. I doubt the reputation of this company if they forge docs. I do not want to be a member now. if am already having so many problems with them now what about in the future. I am very ang
