Vehicle delivered in poor condition and decieved

Hi there,

Sorry to bother I would like to discuss the issue I had with Mccarthy Toyota arcadia the automark section, is there a head office number I can contact regarding this?
There is a couple of things that really made me disappointed and annoyed and I have no idea what to do next here is the issues:
1. The Car was supposed to be delivered from Pretoria to cape town which was and they sent a driver to drive the vehicle. First of all they mentioned The vehicle is in immaculate condition and everything will be sorted, what I got Was a car that the headlight washers did not work, the battery had been replaced during the travel of the vehicle which worries me that the AA check was not done on the vehicle and the fog lamps on the right side of the car did not work either, the front tyre threads are in horrible condition.

2. The driver of the vehicle had been drinking and smelt of beer.
3. The driver did not have money to catch a taxi to the bus station which I had to provide him to make his journey, I could have not done this but since I am better person I helped him. Meaning Toyota did not give enough money and was disorganised
4. When contacting the manager he was rude.
