I am writing this email as a very unhappy client.

I have requested a contract initially at the branch in Chatsworth consultant name is Rene. I was advised that the deal I wanted was an online deal however they would give it to me at the price I saw with was R408.
When I went to the branch to sign the contract, I saw the price was incorrect n I questioned it. I was advised they could not do the deal I could only get the price of the price with was a lot more and was done on a top up contract after I requested the open line. I requested the contract to be cancelled.

I then started the process again online with Pam whom assisted me. I requested my number to remain the same 083 586 2076. As Rene from the branch already ported my cell phone number to Vodacom.
Pam had done this deal incorrect then proceed to correct it.
Once corrected she called me back an told me to accept a debit check.
The debit check was then an issue; however, Pam spoke to a team leader which I was never allowed to speak to. They resent the debit check, and I accepted. but Did not go through an i was never notified about this.

I called in today morning to check when my phone will be delivered as I did not receive feedback. I was advise that my application was not cancelled.
I requested to speak to a manger apparently every manger was in meeting today, no one has returned a single call of mine.
I was also advised that Vodacom had as issue with Nedbank debit checks and a case was logged no reference number where given to me. And someone will call, no one called me back
