Replacing unnecessary parts

I sent in a washin maching from my laundromat, which was leaking. They replaced ;the waterpump. Wen it cameback it was still leaking! They took away and replaced hub and bearings. When it came back i was still leaking. Whenit went back, turs out its h outlt pipe>Total cost of R3000 for the replacin of unnecessary part nd now they are going to sell my machine unless I pay up for the unnecessary parts that were replaced! I am totally disgusted.
