Charging for parts that were not replaced

My car broke down and I had it towed to Car Service City thinking it was related to work they had done, they then told me it was the rear wheel bearings that were faulty, I left car there for the day where they replaced the parts... The same day after taking my car back from them my cars wheels locked and I was in an accident, luckily I did not hit any other vehicles... My car has now been fixed but I noticed that they charged me for replacement of both rear wheel bearings when I questioned the Panel Beaters, they told me that there was no way that those bearings had been replaced, they had to weld off the bearings to tix my cars rear axel, he said that he thinks the bearings caused my accident, where I nearly rolled car and killed myself... I would like an anwser from Car Service City on this matter and hope they will return my money if parts were not replaced. I also had previous problem where I paid over R4000 for a car service and they put in over a litre to much oil in my car and also did not adjust my handbrake properly...
