BMW South Africa
Terrible service and customer care from JSN BMW

Cars & Transport

Last week Wednesday I took my 320D in for the shocks to be replaced. They then called to tell me that the shocks are okay and dont need replacing. I Then went to them and advised that a car's shocks are not supposed to be making a noise nor leaking oil to the extent that the entire control arms were soaked with oil. I had a massive fight with Zuki who is the service Forman and he told me that BMW will never replace the shocks as they are supposed to be like that. This went on for over an our and eventually I said to them that those shocks will be replaced at their expense as the car is under motor plan. After all the fighting and arguing it turns out that they hadn't ever requested an authorization for my shocks and were just assuming that the shocks were supposed to be leaking oil. It turns out that BMW authorized the replacement of the shocks. I Then went to collect the car on Saturday only to arrive home and see that somebody has burned a hole on the drivers side carpet either with a cigarette or while they were busy working on the car. I would advise strongly that should your car need a service or to have any parts replaced that you do not take it to JSN Bryanston.
