BMW damaged my car

I took my car to BMW Clearwater on the 26/03/2013 as it was leaking water. They told me the pipe from the water bottle to the radiator has cracks and have to be replaced. They replaced the pipe and was told the are no leakages and have checked everything. 2 days letter the car is leaking again I never got a chance to take it till today. Today they tell me something else is leaking how did they miss this the 1st time and how do I know whatever they fixed the 1st time didn't affect what is leaking now. Is this easy money for BMW? With what I was told drove home and when I got home I see steam coming from my bonnet, when I open they didn't back my bottle cap. What more damage does BMW want to put on my car? They finally brought the cap but not sure if they have done and damage.
