Very bad service with diliveries

I subscribed with Hachette to deliver a series of Comic books namely "the ultimate graphic novels from Marvel" they delivered the first 8 books but with much frustration. Then in end of November and beginning of December 2012 I realised the next issue of books is in the shops and i don't get the deliveries, after they deducted the amount from my bank account. i phoned them a couple of times and they assured me that it was on its way, it wasn't, they would even resend if i don't have it and i waited for a couple of weeks. i resigned.

We phoning again in the 3rd week of January . they told me they are going to resend it, (this is expensive comics and a collection of marvels best work). we trusted them and waited.

A few weeks later we still waited, a Maria said they didn't't sent it and i asked for Micheal because (we ordered it from him), then he said it was send a second time already, different things they say on the phone?

Weeks later we phoned again and spoke to Fiona, who deeply apologised but said she will send it again and give a gift, we still didn't get it, after 5-6 months.

a Lady said they will send it by courier and it still dint arive now 3 weeks later???
