Charging for books after they have been sent back

A month ago I phoned customer service because books of mine have been returned because of the Post Office being slow with sending out their stuff, they have charged me for the books during that month. I have asked them will they charge me for them again because it is a resend and I did not receive the books the last time, the person confirmed that the books have been sent back from the post office. This month I have received the books but they have charged me again for the books that was sent back. I pay an extra amount per month for the tracking information but they never send it to me, they said no I must phone the, so why must I pay extra per month if they cant even email it to me. They are quick to take your money but they never give you service. I have expected much better from a company like you. You just want to money without providing a proper service and without even emailing me the tracking nr. USELESS im telling you. Learn from your competitors, provide the people what they want and dont make them call you everytime and waste time doing so.

Is it so difficult to send an email with the tracking numbers every month?
