Supplied with Older series A Books

At the beginning of the year I started with my PC Support technician course and was supplied with the 220-701 and 220-702 A books. A few weeks later I went on the Pearson Website to familiarize myself with the site, Then I saw the 700 Series books expire on 31 August, Which INTEC told me nothing about,!

Had i not done that i would never have known! The new 800 Series have been available since October 2012! I have phoned Intec to complain, but I was told the books are current over and over again! It is a lot of work to do and I am allocated 12 months for the course! Not 8!
