No Disney books delivered

I subscribed to the Disney bookclub (which is a part of Jacklin) to get new books for my daughter. I received the first 4 books (Raponsie, 'n Gogga storie, Die Leeukoning, Die prinses en die padda en Op soek na Nemo) and paid for them via a debit order and after receiving these I have yet to receive new books although my account was debited for about R450. After logging a complaint with the company and being told that they have resend these books in January 2013 I have yet to receive them (these queries were via e-mail with Bernadette Horsley and Vanessa Mogole). I phoned them again on 27 February 2013 at around 12:00 and spoke to McDonald, after again explaining everything, as they don't apparently link communications to subscriber numbers, he told me he has to ask his manager about resending or refunding. He phoned me back in about 10 minutes saying that he has resent these items and I should receive these items in the next 14 to 28 working days, after pushing him to find out what happened the last time he informed me that they were out of stock previously. Let's hope they magically appear as I'll probably be phoning them back in the next month.
