Since last year (2012) we've been experience power outages, they said they will fix the problem permanently but until now we experiencing the same issues. What's sad about this whole situation is that it only affects the same block of house and the other block just a stone throw away has electricity. They don't even give you feedback so you are not really sure if your problem has been attended to or not, their call centre staff if singing the same tune (we'll escalate the matter to our technicians). If their service is anything to go by we can't blame people for not wanting to pay their bills, I don't think there's anyone who minds paying for good service. I don't even think they take our complains seriously. Very upset client.
