Poor service delivery

Last week I enquired about my parcel RI269736016ZA at the century city post office. I was told to phone 021 590 5578/5573/5581/5488 as their system was offline. Needless to say those numbers are forever engaged so it was of no help at all. The track and trace on the web is equally as useless as it works when it chooses to! Its highly frustrating to see that my parcel has been at the Cape mail hub since the 09/04/2013 and it still hasn't been sent out to my post office. Disgusting service from an institute that is a service driven organisation!!!
