Consecutive power outages and slow service

On the weekend Saturday 20th April there was a loud bang at the Eskom box outside which caused a power outage. This was only repaired late the following night - after around 36 hours without power. Today at 6am there was another loud bang and the electricity is off again. In spite of several calls this is still not repaired. It came on around 12pm but went off again at 1pm after a few more bangs again. Because it came on the report was classified as a new report and it was not escalated. Now it has been 12 hours and still no technician has come to the box outside to repair - in spite of several follow-ups. I have a baby in the house and this problem seems to be recurring and it is impossible to get more senior feedback or assistance when calling the call centre. This is my only way to try and escalate. This same problem occurred in January - around the 23rd and then we were without power for more than 48 hours! Why is the source of this problem not being addressed? What compensation will we get? I need electricity please!
