Electricity supplier & incompetent electrians

It has been over 5 weeks reporting the power supply challenge to our home. There is a 10 months old baby in our house who would not have proper food for hours because of eskom's technicians incompetence! Now its in the middle of the night and there is no electricity in our house!!! This reluctance of service by eskom's electricians compromises our security. We are in total darkness. Electric fence is off..outside lights off... main gate leading into the yard is off... What is going on??? Why cant the problem be fixed once and for all!! So!
