Waiting for internation parcel delivery

I have been waiting for a parcel sent from the UK since January of 2013.
Two packages have been sent (at the same time), one received in February. Still awaiting the second.
The sending of the packages have been confirmed by the parties from the UK and there is confirmation from Royal Mail that the package has been forwarded on to ZA.
I have not gotten any response when querying the second item.
I suspect SAPO employee's have it.
I was hoping some one could forward a contact name and number with whom i can query this further.
