Still Waiting

A package was sent to me (post box at the post office) via secure mail, on the 4th of Feb 2013

I have received tracking number PP605581768ZA, When tracking it online it says that the package was last scanned at EGOLI HUB on 13/02/2013 it is now 20/02/2013 the packadge STILL has not moved!!

Why would the package be stuck for 5 days in one place, do they not at all check the packages coming in or what is the case??

I am very upset as I need that package URGENTLY!!
