I have been waiting for a parcel stuck at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE from 7 January 2013. The order for the parcel was already placed on 24 December 2012. I was given the following feedback: Hello VivienneW,

You may fax an invoice to 0865581252 and the package will be released to your local post office.

I did exaclty this, faxed my invoice, on 12 February 2013 and today is 8 March 2013 and no parcel yet. The customer line is forever engaged or does not get answered and yesterday 7 March 2013, when someone finally answered she gave me feedback saying on status it says, Pretoria, trolley 2 and she cannot assist me any further as she does not know what it means. She could not even give me a name or number of someone I can contact to get this sorted out.
