[URL Removed] - No delivery after payment!

I found I&L Promotions via Google and they are one of the few suppliers of customised matchboxes in SA. I ordered from Peter von Aspern on 1 February and the website promises 10-14 days delivery from approved artwork. On 4th March I received an email from Peter asking us to do the balance of payment and that the matches would be delivered the week of 6th March. On 8th April Peter said the delivery had gone to Pretoria instead of Durban but it would be with us in the next couple of days. It's now 17th April and Peter von Aspern will not take my calls or answer my emails and we're still waiting for those illusive matches. What a artist! Most of the numbers on the website "do not exist". Do not order from I&L Promotions cc or Peter von Aspern.
