Incompetent hairdressers - Messed up my hai

I called up the salon asking wether they cut mens hair, they said yes and I confirmed a booking time 17/04 @ 1h00pm. I got to the salon asked to have my hair cut "wet look" style, short sides and short at the top. From the get go when I walked in the attitude of the staff was terrible but non the less, after Letoya started cutting my hair she looked wary about what she was doing. She asked if she should leave a fringe. I was dumb struck and asked her if she knew what style I was wanting. She said no. I tried explaining what I wanted, but then she asked for a picture so she could have a better understanding. I lost my cool, very upset stood up and said that next time they should say they dont know the style before cutting!!! They completely messed up my hair, and now I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed!! When I got to the offce, a collegue also commented about the same salon messing up her hair and they refused to give her a refund. They are unproffesional and completely incompetent in what they do. I am very upset and will never go back to the salon.
