Pathetic Service

I am rather DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE OFFERED by SAPO.
My parcel number RI275041171ZA which was posted in November 2013 from China only arrived at the PTA branch on 29 January 2013. From 17 December 2013 it was sitting in the Tshwane Hub. I queried where the parcel was several times and ONLY on 17 January 2014 was told it would be in the PTA office on 20 January 2014. I tried the customer care 0860... number and never got through and checked their tracking system and never found the item being indicated that it was at the PTA post office. I never received any communication to collect my parcel. I even sent an email requesting for where the parcel was- and obviously the poor service played out again and they didn't respond.

When I checked the website on 31 January 2014- the parcel was returned.

I need to get my parcel from SAPO.
