Smartcall Technologies Criminal

I have a Samsung Galaxy TAB, which i rarely use, I called my service provider to enquire about my high bill, they explained that i subscribed to services, i explained how that was impossible. Proceeded to call Smartcall Technology Solutions who basically argued with me and told me they would not refund my money and that they had proof that i used there service even though i explained that it is totally impossible and that i had not received any sms though she insists that i did.
My view is that this is down right criminal and i can not believe that they will not refund my money, disgusting.
