The Hydro At Stellenbosch
HYDRO AT STELLENBOSCH - NO APOLOGY RECEIVED!

After experiencing a lack of care and concern at the Hydro in Stellenbosch, I have never received an apology but they were quick to take my payment and not provide a downstairs room with shower as requested! Nor could I move around easily as there were so many steps.
A really awful experience for a sick person.
