A good idea spoilt by some bad service

Our Eskom bill is approx. R50, 000 p.a.so in November 2012 -I registered on the Karebo website - installation reference 1007147 invoice paid on 23/11/12. Acknowledgement of payment received 27/11/12. Various updates received - eg 3 on 6/12/12 then 13&14 December saying I will be contacted after 7/Jan/13. Then on 28/1/13 an sms arrived with an installation appointment with Tumelo 0834429091 for 29/1/13. We waited. He never arrived but called to say he was busy with an installation at a "house as big as Zuma's" so would call me on 31/1/13. No call. Received emails on 5&6&7/Feb/13 saying payment was received and installer will call. Nothing happens. I email Karebo on 11/2/13 with a copy of the appointment sms. On 12/2/13 Jamie Cross emails Sebe (Sebenzile Ngema) to get Tumelo to contact me and report back to him. Nothing happens. On 9/3/13 Sebe asked again to contact me. Nothing happens. On 28/3/13 I am asked if I have made payment! On 4/4/13 I am advised that all installations have stopped and that I should apply for a refund! At least that worked easily thanks to Ellen Williams. It is a pity that a good idea and hard work by most people involved is spoilt by a few useless individuals
