Waiting since July 2012 for service

Registered in July 2012. No reference number provided, but received an email from a certain "Jamie Cross", a Project Administrator, stating that they will be commencing installations in August.
Called again in August, was told that I would be contacted.
Left it for a while, and called again in February 2013, to be told that I cannot be helped without a reference number - which I did not receive O_O
Registered AGAIN on 12 February 2013, with reference number this time.
Logged onto their site on 27 February 2013 only to note that Karebo require payment before they will schedule an appointment. Payment made on same day.
Called 3 times in March, each time being PROMISED that I will receive a call back from a "project manager", and that they would do the installation before the program ends on 31 March 2013.
Called this morning 02 April 2013, understandably quite upset by now, only to be told that the rollout has ended and that I should keep the reference number. For what, exactly, should I keep my reference number, seeing that you simply keep messing customers around?
I then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 10 minutes, and the call died.
Wasted a lot of time.
HELP!!!
