Residential Rollout - Not installed

I register for the residential rollout on the 622013 and was informed that I would be contacted to arrange the installation. Received no contact from Karebo or and installer at any point!

Now when I eventually get a response from the company I get informed that installations have stopped and that I must wait for the next rollout. What is the point of getting people to register when you cannot fulfil your promise to them? Logic would say that registration would close when they have used the supplied stock from Eskom.

The fact that I have looked at other posts and it would seem that installations where there is a cash payment to Karebo have been made a priority before others they do not. What is the point of this; it would seem that this is a lucky packet. Register and hope that you get chosen and get any contact from the installer.

Now that they cannot complete the installation they are just apologising and that is that. you can wait for the next round and join the lucky draw.

We are meant to be helping Eskom lower the electricity usage but when this is the service that you get is if pointless and will take forever to make a difference.
