Non delivery from Karebo when trying to help Eskom

I contacted Karebo systems in Nov 2012 re residential mass roll out. I received an invoice right away for the additional cost of the dimmable downlighters I required, which I paid in November.
I followed up in Dec, Jan, Feb & Mar and was told that they are very busy, but will attend to my request.
On 18 Mar the first installer contacted me to make appointment, but he didn't show up. Two days later another installer contacted me, and, didn't show up. On 25 Mar the 3rd installer contacted me, and guess what, he didn't show up. Unfortunately I could not take down their names during the calls.
I contacted Karebo on 28 Mar and spoke to Jeanette who said that she would follow up and get back to me - I am still waiting. Then on 29 Mar another installer contacted me and wanted to do the installation on Easter Sunday, but unfortunately I wasn't at home.
On 2 April the last installer, Tshepo contacted me for the installation the same day, and guess what - once again no one showed up. On 4 April I contacted Karebo to find out what was going on, and now they inform me that Eskom has instructed them to stop all installations.
I have never experienced such bad service and non-delivery.
