False promises and bad service

I called Clint at AC Appliances with a request to service my stove as well as have it cleaned. Kyle came a few days later and fixed the plates on my stove and then promised to come back to clean it and repair an extractor. He never came back and kept promising to come back. Two weeks later, a plate on my stove is faulty and I'm getting more of the same false promises. What's worse is, I still don't have an invoice from the previous work done. These guys are dodgy. If you are serious about having your appliance serviced, look elsewhere.
