Karebo replaced bulbs and other energy savers in my complex in Dec 2012. All I know is that since then my light aren't working. I called on 07/01/2013 to enquire. I spoke to Ethan Xaba who had a technician come to my house to replace Karebo's none working lights but he reported back that the initial Karebo installer blew the transformers. This is all Chinese to me because I am not an electrician. Ethan Xaba phoned me and told me the matter was going to be handled at the head office by his manager Putty who will contact me. Days passed with no call from Putty, so I phoned again and Ethan gave me Putty's number. When I called the number I Spoke to a lady Jeannette Mokoena who then promised that she would be handling my case. Then she told me she would send an installer the following day. Never pitched. I had several communications with Jeannette Mokoena via mail and telephonically. I am now totally off of continuously being given the run around. I wanted my bulbs replaced immediately. I want Karebo to contact me ASAP to correct their repeated mistakes. I also have proof of all calls made to them, as well as the email and SMS sent as requested.
