Leaving me in the dark

I signed up for the Eskom initiative to replace normal spotlight globes with LED energy savers. Karebo came out to install the globes and I paid them for the dimmable globes. The fuse keeps blowing which leaves me in the dark. They don't explain that the wattage in my transformer is incorrect for the LED lights. This is all Chinese to me because I am not en electrician. All I know is that my lights aren't working and I have had no response from an email I sent to Ravi on 9 March! The installer, David, keeps promising to come back but never does! They have also overcharged me because I paid for more dimmable globes than I have, Refund please!
