False promises

I bought a kitchen unit for R61000 in october 2010 and I was send from pillar to post, they demanded a deposit before they can approve my account, Which I paid n unit was installed in January 2011. It was a 36 months to pay account, I was promised to receive a free 4 plate stove with the kitchen carpets as it was the promotion! On the day of carpets installation nobody told me anything about the stove! I went back to shop same day of carpet installation salesman Dumisani said to me not to worry about the stove it will come! I waited for months nothing happened, after a year I went back to the shop to enquire about my stove the store manager and cashier told me that my salesman is no-longer working @ springs and the is nothing they can do.

A week ago I went again to see a store manager and asked her what is really happening as am still waiting for my stove her answer to me was she has nothing to do with me! Its not her fault that I did not receive my stove .so I should just buy a stove myself
