Please see the email below that was sent to the company. (this included pictures) Despite stating they will respond within 24 hours, and a followup email, nothing has happened.

Dear Sir/madam,

We are extremely disappointed with the flowers we received from you. A Pastel Flower Bouquet was ordered. Not only were the colours wrong, a bunch of flowers was delivered that I could have put together myself. If I had wanted a bunch of flowers I would have ordered one, or gone to the local Woolworth's and bought a better arrangement with more flowers for a third of the cost. I have ordered through you before, but have never seen the flowers that were received. I am now wondering if the recipient ever received what I paid for, and presumed was sent.

I am sending an attachment of the flowers received and the one that was ordered, for you to see if you feel they are up to standard and look anything like each other.

I trust this matter will be looked into and I will receive a response.
