Delivering Flowers

Flowers were delivered on Valentines Day: My husband had ordered flowers that had roses in them. what the florist delivered were flowers without roses.
my husband phoned them to let them know that there were no roses in the bunch of flowers. They then delivered the roses the next day.
The man delivering the flowers said he was sure there were roses in the bunch. he had a bad attitude, spoke very loud and said "if that's the case then take these roses but i know there were roses in that bunch" basically accusing me of lying.
