Michilin's roadside assist is a joke

I had a car breakdown just before the springfield off ramp on the N2 south. From 9:59 to 12:02, after a 2hour wait, I was told to wait another 45 min before MEGA ASSIST cc, will come and tow our car. The call that was made at 10:05, we were told, assistance will be with us in 45 min. I am totally dissappointed and I have lost faith with Michilin's so called Roadside Assistance.

It is unacceptable to expect a person with a car breakdown, to wait app 1hour &45 mins in a car and more important with the high crime. I could have been an ideal target for beig mugged.. June last year when I purchased my tyres from bluff tyres, I paid the high price for Michilin tyres, because of the Roadside assist and that gave us peace of mind for car breakdown emergencies..

From my experience today, Michilin Roadside Assist is a joke and the entire call center staff should be retrained and if they don't know their job, they should be replaced with competent staff.

It took approx 4min or more before my calls were answered. What happenes if one does not have sufficient airtime?

Call outsurance, from start to finish it took 30 min for my car to picked up and dropped at a workshop.
