Saddened by todays service

I usually sing praises about your service to all I meet, however today I find myself extremely frustrated.
Shantal has been extremely helpful and has gone out of her way to assist but it seems the rest of the teams have been letting the service levels slip, We had a mechanical breakdown on my vehicle on Saturday whilst on holiday more than 600 kms from home, as we where leaving back home, we called the roadside assist and asked that we claim for the car hire or accommodation as this is a benefit under our policy, and was put through to the claims department, which was closed. We called again and was assured that some- would call us back, this did not happen, we made altenate arrangement for the two nights and triedn his morning again,
We spoke to vikash at the road side assistance who assured me a cll back in an hour, which did not happen, i then called in again and spoke to someone else who transfed me back to the claims departmentand now, at 2 pm, the claims person eventualy calls me nd tells me i need to go bck to the roadside assist, who i am on the phone ith now, and tell me to go back to the claims dep!
