Aa Insurance
Only 5 Roadside call outs per yea

I have 2 vehicles covered by aa insurance, my wife had a breakdown, i asked her to call aa roadside assit, the call center informs her that we are only allowed 5 call outs per year and that they cannot provide her with assistance as we have passed that no, i have had insurance with other companies and they all provide unlimited roadside assistance, the AA finds it fit to put a limit on the number of callouts and not inform us of this fact. from the website i copied this:
"Your AA insurance will also provide: AA membership included if you are not already a member"
I dont know of an AA membership with a limit of 5 calls
It caused great distress to my family
