My business not good enough?

I phoned to ask for a quote to send a small parcel from Gauteng to Ramsgate. I was asked if I have an account and I answered that I was prepared to open one, if necessary. How frequently would I be using the service? Only this one time that I know of at the moment. Oh well, that doesn;t help because the cost is based on the frequency of use. Surely this company started off doing small deliveries and built itself up? When I stated that obviously they don't need my business, there wasn't even a slight concern. I would definately not recommend this company.
