Roadside Assistance not arriving to help out

I called Roadside assist one evening to help with a problem on my car. They promised they would be there in the morning. They just never arrived, and didnt even bother to call to let me know they wouldnt be coming. Absolutely shocking service from a company that prides its self on customer service. I am now trying to call their call centre to complain, and even with that, they dont get back to you. I defintely wont be buying another Mercedes any time soon. Beware of their Roadside assist that they sell you with the car, not worth the paper it written on.
