Signed up for their Residential Mass Rollout Project on 04/12/2012. 06/12/2012 I paid for dimmable down lighters, they acknowledged receipt of the payment on 11 Dec and promised installation ASAP. Then suddenly their offices closed from 14/12/2012-07/012013.

Made numerous calls during Jan & Feb, without luck. Towards end of Feb a lady (Kyle) from the Cape Town office called. She promised immediate action; I was copied in an e-mail from her on 26 Feb, sent to Enrico James and Jamie Cross from Karebo and she asked them to attend to the matter. Nobody responded.
Beginning of April I phoned Kyle again, she was not in and Nicki promised to attend to the matter. Nobody responded. Phoned the call centre today (again) and I was informed that this phase of the project ended and I can request a refund. Don't think I will see the money again!

Also phoned Kyle at CT office, she told me the same and advised that I can wait for the next phase of the project, whenever. I demanded to speak to the project manager, whoever he is, still waiting for his call - what is the chance. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF, ridiculous, we as Eskom consumers fund these projects.
