Terrible service

Pk vending delivered the 1 of 2 vending machines that we purchased after 3 weeks of waiting. I then advised for them to refund the R6000 as we cancelled the other machine. I was then told it will be refunded on the 25th however now they've come back and said I need to wait for the next payment run not even giving me a date of when that's going to be. I just want my money and want people to know don't get involved with this company they not even registered with VASA after all the complaints VASA suspended them this I only found out after I got involved with this company. I am now seeking legal advise but don't get involved with them rather go to a VASA member they compliant and far more professional!!! I wish I had this info a while ago but at least now I know!!!
