RUSTED ALVA "STAINLESS STEEL" BRAAI

Purchased an Alva Raptor Gas Braai about 16 months ago at Makro - the Group that sells this product is The Stingray Group. My problem is that the braai has totally rusted on the doors and when I complained to one of their reps he hasn't gotten back to me about my problem and also acted as if I was "putting him out" when I phoned him to tell him how this so called "stainless steel" braai has rusted and I even sent him sms photos. Have now complained to Jacque at Stingray and I hope he sorts out this problem or that Makro does. We want the braai replaced as its obviously an inferior product especially since we keep it under cover on the patio at all times - this braai is NEVER outside in the open!! When I phoned Joshni Fakir from Customer Care she basically spoke over me and wasn't very helpful at all. When I told her to just "listen" she carried on talking and talking but no action. I have emailed Makro on this as well and want this sorted!! As a matter of interest if the braai is stainless steel why can a magnet stick to it? Please answer this question and assist. All photos and info have been emailed to Stingray and to Makro.
