Bruce Reyneke Cycles
Sent a bicycle in, came out beyond repair!

During the year of 2011, My bicycle's bearing started clicking every time pedalled. This persisted for quite some time. I decided to send my bike in to try have it fixed. I was not sure what shop would be the best choice to send my bike to. After hearing many positive talk about Bruce Reyneke Cycles, I decided to send my bike there. After their attempt to fix it, the called me to receive my bike. There it was! BUT the pedals where not even connected to the bike! After closer inspection, I saw that they had actually failed to fix the bike. What they have actually done was try to remove the bearing by force! I Find this very unprofessional and what was worse, was that they had SAVAGELY hit the bike to try remove the casing by the bearing leaving huge holes and dings in the paint. After only removing one side of the cover, they noticed that they could not remove the other side. And with their "professional" knowledge, that just jammed the other side in, Now the bike can be rendered useless, as the original click click, turned into the pedals not working at all anymore. They didn't even put the bicycle more or less together AND CHARGED me for the 'fun' they had.
