Unauthorised BDB deductions

Every month I have an amount of R495 taken off my bank account that I have never authorised, the entry on my account is "Account Payment BDB 413 9026". They need to have all monies taken off this illegal way reimbursed in full plus interest, this has been going on for a number of years now and I have had enough and will be taking legal action if not resolved to my satisfaction.
