Rude, insulting, belittling attitude

We bought a new Cannondale MTB bike from Bruce Reyneke cycles Pretoria, mainly because the salesman guaranteed good service. Our purchase was R23, 000.00. The next day we had to take the bike back because the tubeless conversion failed. A week later we took the bike back for the handle bars to be shortened and to fit a speedo and to fix the seat. We collected the bike a week later on Saturday 14 September. The seat was not fixed the speedo was not done and I ask why these jobs were not done. The guy in the service department could not answer me. I then told him I was very unhappy about the service and he very sarcastically said "oh well customers are always right", I told him not to insult me by that remark and he laughed at me and still did not want to know why I was unhappy. I walked out and will never go back to Bruce Reyneke again, there are so many good bike shops around we don't need them. We will not recommend Bruce Reyneke to any one, they must remember whether your purchase is R5 or R30, 00.00 you should get service and respect no matter what. Sue
