Problem with Supplie

I bought Kitchen and Wardrobes material from a company called JHB Claassens in Pretoria. I paid R6700.00 that day I went with the guy who was going to do the job in my house. We collected the material on 2nd March 2013. When the guy was working the material was short and then realized that it was short supplied by the JHB Claassens. The guy who was working called them and the supplier and he said he forgot and short supplied us and he would sort it out. Nothing was done until I went to their factory and I was told that some of the money that I had paid was claimed by the guy who was doing the job, that amount was R2600.00, I said to the supplier how did he give him the money because I had paid the supplier myself and not the guy who was going to do the job and I had the receipt and as far as I know if you want a refund you have to produce a receipt and asked how did you pay him the R2600.00 and he told me that he trusted him. The suppler then admitted that he had made a mistake he would pay me back and he gave me a refund receipt and promised he would put the money in my bank account on Monday, 18 March 2013. The total amount on the refund receipt is R3016.00
