Supplier collect a cheque from us for goods that needed to be supplied, when we went to collect the goods they said that the cheque had an error on the supplier name and was notified by the bank that the cheque can not be banked. Then they asked for a transfer of the money and we did it straight away. Only to notice that the cheque went of our account as well. We phoned and spoke to Mike Visser and he said that it takes 7 days for the bank to return the money, and we are on 15 days today and no money is in our account. When they delivered our material that we ordered it was short delivered, when we phoned and spoke to Mike only then they told us that they do not keep that material in stock. Since then there is no reaction from Mike, after numerous phone calls there are still no reaction at all. And the order is still not complete...
