Unreliable supplier of electrical appliances

I ordered and paid for an iPad II, paid R5000 with a receipt and delivery promise of 7 working days on 7 September 2012, after nine months of broken promises the owner, founder and managing director Andrew Yapanis says and I quote " I didn't make the promise, they did (his supplier) as they have ur money, not me! " he has claimed for the past months that he has paid his supplier but hasn't received the goods and now says its my problem and not his.

I have copies of all the email and SMS conversation between us as well as the copy of the receipt.
