Disappointed with Flowers orde

I ordered 1 x Purity (executive) Code: G11. flower arrangement through the interflora website for my mom's 65th birthday. The order was placed on yhe 13th Feb 2013

Great was my disappointment when my mom send me a photo of the bouquet she received. Nothing at all like the advertised bouquet on the website, and although I understand that the website is purely a guide, this bouquet had limited flowers. It was more green than the advertised white. Definitely not worth the money (more than R614.04) I paid. One would get more flowers in the R49.99 bunches from your local supermarket!

I complaint via e-mail on the 14th Feb, and the only responce is that "they will investigate with their member"
