I put complaint 2wks ago. Florry from Interfora phoned me. She asked what they could do to rectify problem. I said on numerous occasions to come take the flowers away/refund money and she kept apologising and asking what could be done. At end of conversation after I was extremely upset, I said, don't bother, I will throw flowers out myself! She also asked me to send photo as I had said the arrangement had no theme, and felt that whatever flowers were in the shop, went into the bouquet, whether they went together or not. On seeing the photos, their response was 'but they look fresh'. That was not my complaint so they never listened yet again!!
On reflecting conversation, I realised I had played right in to their hands!!
I have since had more flowers as a gift and the difference in quality is unbelievable. We received the flowers on Monday and today, they still look as fresh as they day we got them. Obviously a different florist.
I would now like monies refunded for the initial order, please.
