Wrong products recieved with EVERY order!!!

Good day my acc ount number is 1239365 and I did not recieve the stuff that I ordered. I orderded in order 5472875 the internet offer for R99 and recieved Glimmering Lotion at the bargain side. I also ordered 56201 that I paid for but did not recieved. This is been the second time that I had to say sorry to the same client. Please I need some advise wat to do. I also ordered 1 Campaign 2 book and recieved and paid for 5. Last ordered it happend aswell and now I sit with two mascaras.
